LI: To collect materials needed to successfully complete our weekly superpower building missions with Nano Girl.
This morning LS2 worked in groups with the Year 4 students to help them create their first Summer Learning Journey blog posts. PBS are still at school this week so finding some of the materials we needed for our treasure hunt was easy. Our challenge is going to be able to find all the materials we need at home now. Sakshi and I created the screencastify which explains the activity in more detail. I found intesting that its a surprise that we dont know what we are making. I am looking forward to make some cool experiments with the materials we have collected. What are you looking forward with this activity?

ReplyDeleteMy name is Renee and I’m from the Summer Learning Journey Team. Ka pai on your blogpost, you did a fantastic job recording yourselves using Screencastify and it is so awesome how you worked together as a team. I particularly liked how your recording used different visuals throughout including the picture of Nanogirl and of all the items you found in your scavenger hunt - this made the video really interesting to watch. Do you think you will be able to find a water bottle at home? If not, what do you think you could substitute for this?
I am so happy to see that you have signed up to participate in the Summer Learning Journey! Sakshi should also share this post on his blog so that you can both get points for your awesome work.
Remember, if you check out some of the other bloggers’ Summer Learning Journey posts and leave a positive, thoughtful or helpful comment you will receive extra points! If you do this, remember to submit a link to your published comment using this form. .
